This was a big year for our family. After so many years of hard work James graduated from ASU in electrical engineering. It's been a long process, but we are so happy that he made it to the end. We decided to save and plan an epic adventure. We spent a week in Maui, it was incredible. Here is the highlights from our trip.
The weather is always random during spring break, you never know what to expect. Fortunately it was decent all week, not to hot and not to cold. We hiked, played with cousins and on the last day of spring break we went to Sedona. It was such a beautiful drive, puffy clouds all around! We went and hiked the West Fork trail and it ended up hailing and pouring rain on us after our hike. Love my family, they are the best.
Gus moved over to Patterson after "his moms" challenging year... He is doing great in first grade and loving the whole experience and so am I. It's a win-win!
I have the BEST husband in all the world. He let me pack my bags and fly off to Oregon for a photography retreat. It was so awesome to be with other women who do what I dream about doing and in such an amazing location. There were six of us there, and by the time we left it was like we were best friends. It was a truly unforgettable getaway.
4th of July, Science center passes and a trip to the temple with Garrett... All sorts of other adventures went down this summer. It was legit!
